They saw what felt like a thousand homes with us over the course of 6 or more months and never made us feel like we were taking too long. Ryan's practical and logical approach to properties pairs well with Vanessa's ability to imagine your family in any home and paint that picture with you. They are responsive, and caring, and operate with immense integrity. When we found the perfect home for our family, Ryan worked hard to help us write the best offer and get it in front of the sellers. His great reputation, work ethic, and the relationships he builds enable his success in this market. When you pair their expertise with their great rates and approach to business, you cannot beat working with the Fontana Group. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience.Read more

He is an exceptional realtor and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. He worked around my very hectic schedule and walked me through every step of the home-buying process. He answered my calls whether it was morning, night, or weekend. When we found a home I liked, I told Ryan I was willing to offer the asking price, but he negotiated a purchase price well below what I was willing to pay! He saved me a considerable amount of money with his negotiation skills. He truly had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. Ryan did an outstanding job and I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor.Read more
